A week in the life for DVC Members
Community Voting
Every week, members vote from a list of trending startups raising funds on equity crowdfunding platforms including: Wefunder, StartEngine, Republic, All other RegCF/A+ offerings.
Deal Analysis
After a startup is chosen, DVC provides a detailed memo outlining the advantages and disadvantages of the deal. The aim is to recognize potential risks, inconsistencies, and collectively assess the credibility of each deal.
Live Discussion
Further information, insights, and opinions on each startup are discussed in a group setting after a deal memo is released.
"Venture Pool" Investing Feature
At the click of a button, DVC's Venture Pool(TM) program enables approved members to "pool" funds into a single investment, allowing members to get around high platform minimums. For example, DVC members can invest $10 into a deal that requires a $1000 minimum on the listed platform. DVC's Venture Pool program is making venture investing open to all investors.
And, Finally, The Decision: Invest or Pass
Each member independently decides whether to invest in the weekly Venture Pool or not. As all members are guided to invest only what they can afford, DVC provides a fun and hassle-free experience for venture investing.
